Overview

PhiMetrics Analytics consists of Management Report, Detailed Engineering Report & Web
Based Dashboard.

Management Report
Management Report comprises of key highlights with scores of all operators
in the different test / services scenarios performed. The results / scores
would also be compared to global benchmark (at least 10 global operators
in similar markets). Below are the details which shall be provided as a part
of the Management report (but not limited to):
Comparison of Voice and Data KPIs with Global Benchmarks
SWOT analysis of the measured networks
Total no. of incidents occurred during the exercise and its resolution status

Web Dashboard: Managem
Management Analytics: A complete customizable and end to end
analytical tool shall be made available to the management team to assess
and track the networks performance
Data from various other sources are also included in this analytical tool and provide correlated
results. Historic trending, Targets achievements tracking, KPI / OpCo / City comparison, Time / Date
analysis, etc. are some of the key features of this analytical tool

Network Report: Detailed Engineering report with root cause analysis and
recommendations (wherever applicable)
Simulated Layer 3 based drive can be performed in the areas with consistent issues and detailed
engineering report shall be provided. The detailed report shall include deep dive root cause analysis
of encountered issues and its recommendation and implementation plan.
Note: The analysis is performed on RF data available. To perform e2e analysis, we need data from other sources like core /
transmission
