- this occurs when the sender and the receiver of the
message is one and the same person, as in someone talking to himself.

- this requires two people interacting with each other

- the process involves several people

- this takes place with an indefinite
number of people which some would term as a faceless
audience

possible at all. It must be ensure that the objectives are clear to
both the organization and the individual.

5. Symbol – define the context where the communication can be
understood
