Lab Instructions
 All students must wear appropriate laboratory attire: No open toed
shoes; no loose fitting clothing; Jewelry should be removed; long hair
should be tied back.

 Before operating any machine, you must be aware of the following.

 Operate the machine only after informing the staff of the Lab.

 Make sure that you stay away from hot exhaust lines and moving parts of
engines.

 Location of fire extinguishers and the outside exits.

 When you hear or see a danger alarm from the engine that you using,
stop the engine immediately.

 Do not run inside the lab and concentrate on the present task.

 For cleaning tools or equipments, use only the proper cleaner. Never use
fuels such as gasoline or diesel for cleaning.

 Handle fuels with extreme caution:-

 Use the proper containers (safety cans) to carry fuels.

 Make sure there is no electric spark present.

 Do not leave fuels in open containers.

 Also keep proper dress code referred by the College.
