1. Weather to be taken from black console. While looking to lap top turn your head on 35 deg
to the left side and 25 deg upward. On the wall you will see black box with all weather data

2. Usually report creates on the day before submition. Latest data is not available. Latest data
comes next day at 07:30 in the morning. Report will no be saved with blank green areas. Put
any words to be able to save report.
Time summary tab data
Time summary tab required to fill areas in red. 24hr summary box is automatically copy the
data from general tab.
Activity details data

Is offline operation? – No (Offline operations apply if in simops not the main activity performs)
Main or Aux Derric? – MWC (AUX derric for dual activity rigs)
From – 00:00
To – 00:00
Duration is calculating automaticaly
MD from – 0
MD to – (3208m-10R), (2423m-32P), (2280m-31P), (1189m-Gabi3)
Time class – P – planned (Usual time class. If any operation on site, time class will be changed)
Phase – 33 Production test
Activity – 24 Production test
Operation code – 16A FlOW WELL (for Gabi3 - 23WI FLOWCHECK, SHUT IN AND MONITORING)
Operation description you can copy from 24hr summary
Cost tab
Cost tab requires high attention. Do not touch inside until you will have any ongoing
operations or helicopter flights.
Cost tab
In case of Helicopter flight do following actions (example 14.07.2018):
1. Obtain from Logistics flight fee. For 14.07.2018 the price is 126619.50 RUR.
2. USD to be entered into the system
3. 126619.50/63 = 2009.83 USD.
4. 2009.83 USD must be sheared between 31P-40%, 32P-40% and 10R – 20%
5. 31-P = 803.93 USD
6. 32-P = 803.93 USD
7. 10R = 401.97 USD
8. Change items cost to 402 USD (10R Report case)
9. Change Qty from 0 to 1
10. Check total daily rate. It must change
11. IN THE NEXT DAY REPORT DO NOT FORGET TO CHANGE Qty FROM 1 to 0.

Time summary tab
Copy 24 hr summary to operation description
Keep in mind in case of additional operations on the well site, you will have to split timeframe
from the time, when operation started, and time, when operation complete. Depending on
operation activity details will be changed accordantly. In this case 24hr Summary will be built
from Operation description
NPT
If NPT happened you will have to add time when it has happened and describe in NPT fail
properties and Lessons Learned

All subtabs MUST be filled out as if you will rise the LL half information will be pulled from
NPT/Equipment fail properties.

Mostly, LL is not relevant to NPT. In this case select NO in NPT related box.
Close OPENWELLS and synchronize

Go to EDM AutoSync Client. User: AutoSync Password: Landmark1. When section complete go out
from EDM
