The first phase of the master plan for HITEX consists of
Three indoor Exhibition Halls - 3500 sq.m.each(37,660 sq.ft./hall)
Open Exhibition Area - 32,825 sq.m (353,197 sq.ft ) .

Entrance Plaza (housing Registration and Ticketing Counters).
Car Parking (1200 cars).

HITEX provides for Conferencing facilities in the adjacent NAC Campus.

Future Plans

HITEX has already outlined plans for future development, visualising the industry growth in Hyderabad.
Exhibition Halls: 5 exhibition halls with similar infrastructural facilities.

Congress Building: In line with international exhibition centres, HITEX plans to include a well-equipped congress building with conference halls that will
serve as the perfect venue for large corporate seminars and workshops that go hand-in-hand with trade shows. Nearly 1350 people can be
accommodated in 1 large or 2 bifurcated conference halls and the 8 smaller conference rooms.

Lakeside Restaurant: A lakeside multi-cuisine restaurant too is part of the master plan for HITEX. The restaurant is so designed to have tables for nearly
180 guests. The ambience will be perfect for relaxed supper and corporate get together.

HITEX aims to be a one-stop service provider to organizers, exhibitors and visitors alike. The trade fair office building extends various key facilities for
the conduct of large shows that match global standards.

facilitates showcasing of large machinery and equipment in the open ambience.
Trade Fair Office building consists of meeting rooms, organizer's office, VIP lounge, media centre and also
houses services including a business centre, a restaurant, travel and forex centre, bank ATM, car rentals,
florist, photo studio, etc and also house permanent offices of international exhibition organizers and
exhibition service providers like clearing and forwarding agents, stand contractors, etc.

The halls are self-sufficient with amenities such as power, water, telecommunications, compressed air and rest rooms including separate ones for the physically challenged.
The wide service area along these halls aid quick and easy movement of exhibits and equipment in and out of the halls.

Each of the large air-cooled halls of 3500 sq. m (37,660 sq. ft) is a column-free structure located at
the ground level. These halls also allow for further division and partition to accommodate smaller
shows. While the more than 10.5 m high ceiling will permit high fascia and facilitate easier stall
erection, the heavy-duty flooring has good loading capacity of 50KN/Sq.m. that will withstand
display and demonstration of heavy machinery.

The halls will be self-sufficient with amenities such as power, water, telecommunications,
