 COMPANY IDENTITY

PT. Citra Wahyu Diatama established in 2004 and

started a small engineering contractor company. This
start-up company had only 10 employees with simple
project in our first customer Teijin Fiber Corporation
(TIFICO). While the industrial prosperity keep growing and
many industrial company had policy about outsourcing
program, we decided to take larger scope of work and we
hired a lot of manpower to succeed our project is strictly
following proper recruitment qualification in order to
achieve good workmanship.
We provide complete scope of maintenance and
electrical work. For example piping work from cast iron to
stainless steel, install and assembling of all machineries
and equipment, insulation services for piping, tanks tower
and related equipment based on wide range of
experience and knowledge of hot and cool insulation,
refractory, painting, coating and ducting and we provide
outsourcing employees for daily maintenance or
manpower for production department and other
maintenance works. We provide whole services with
quality satisfaction.
With the previous experience as engineering and
construction company in the Polyester plant, we also
concerned in maintenance service. We provide an
integrated plant maintenance services in the field of
engineering project management and utilizing qualified
manpower and tools.
We have completed many project of Polyester
plants, shoes industry, tyre industry, textile, automotive,
Ceramics and other industries. Among our client are major
company in Indonesia, for example Bridgestone, IRC,
Pratama (NIKE), Teijin Fiber Corporation (Tifico), etc.
Services quality is our primary concern in all
project at our customer. It has been the basic of our
success and the reason that clients continually handling
us their project. And for the safety, we always care about
that, we provide safety program for each project to
minimize site accident.

Maintenance
We can provide supplemental maintenance to the customers for existing
program or we can provide the total maintenance program. The following are
some of the services, we are capable providing :
• Preventive, Shutdown and Resident Maintenance Program
• Maintenance Outsourcing or Third Party Maintenance
• Install, assembling and repair of machinery and equipment (Static and
Rotary), There are Gear boxes, Cyclo, Beier, Centrifugal Pump, Non seal
Pump, Trochoid Pump, Mechanical seal etc.

Electric
The following are some of the services, we are capable providing :
• Wiring Cable
• Repair Electric Motor
• Installation Panel
• Etc

Insulation
We provide complete insulation services for piping, tanks, tower and related
equipment
based on the wide range of experience and knowledge of insulation.
The following services are :
• Hot Insulation, the material from Rockwool, Glasswool, Calsium Silicate,
Cement and Asbestos Cloth.
• Cold Insulation, the material from Polyurethane, Polysterene, Foam Glass
• Refractory, the from Castable Fire Brick
• Metal Jacketing, Alumunium Sheet, Galvanized Steel etc

Chemical Cleaning
We provide cleaning system with chemical, the following item are :
• AHU
• Heat Exchanger
• Cooling Tower
• Etc

Engineering Consultation
We can provide the system from conceptual studies to plant start up and
maintenance. The following engineering services are :
