Company appraised the performance of the
employees online. i.e. it is with help of ERP
solutions.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an
integrated computer-based system used to
manage internal and external resources,
including financial resources, materials, and
human resources.
It is used in a company for fixation of
Payrolls, training, time and attendance,
benefits.

The Process of Performance Appraisal is:

If the targets is not meet then it


doesn’t leads to demotion but there
is stagnancy in the position of the

Promotion is based on the performance of
the employee.
The promotion work is done by the HR
manager of the company.

Leave Policy:
If employee wants to take leave from work for
particular period then he must make an
application to the HR Manager 1 month prior to
HR head for the casual leave.

Insurance Policy
Company pays premium of the employee’s
Policy under the Employee State Insurance
Guarantee Schemes (ESIS).
It is generally included in the cost to the
company i.e. CTC estimated at beginning of the
year.
The Company has Tie-up with NEW INDIA
ASSURANCE COMPANY LTD for insurance
policies of the employees.

Exit Policy

The employees who is leaving the


organization must have to give in writing
to the HR manager one month in advance.
The HR Manager try to convince the
same.
