 Travel Trade Operator is one of the most important
modules of Ministry of Tourism.
 This is a voluntary scheme open to all bonafide
agencies. The online procedure makes it easier,
simpler and time saving to get recognition for your
organization by Ministry of Tourism (MOT).

 Difficult to locate or find particular information
regarding Travel Trade Service Provider Application.
 Every one is maintaining its own database to keep the
information related to Travel Agencies and there is no
common database. Hence there is duplication of data.
 Lot of work has to be done manually.
 No security of data.
 Time consuming process.
 Very slow processing.
 Loss of integrity of data.
 inability to recover from data damages.
 System is not transparent.
 Our objective is to develop a system called Travel
Trade Operator which automate the following activities
and able to work individually as well as in integration
with Ministry Of Tourism.
 This project helps operators to get approvals or renew
their approvals for travel trade recognition online from
the Ministry of Tourism (MOT) for their organization.
 Create a License for Service Provider is to be
generated.
 Computerized system helps to fulfill these goals. It will
help in easy storage and access of all information, in
short period of time.
 All agencies can learn the main purpose of the online
registration which will make it easier and simpler for
them to get travel trade recognition from the ministry.
 Tasks being taken care of while handling this
project are:

 A tabular form is maintained where rows indicate the tasks with

milestones and columns indicate duration (weeks/months). The
horizontal bars that spans across columns indicate duration of the task.
• A PERT chart is a project management tool used to
schedule, organize and coordinate tasks within a
project.
• PERT Chart is simply a network diagram with
rectangular boxes representing events in completing
this project.
• Sequencing of tasks that are taken care of arranged and
marked by arrows to clarify the exact flow of
methodology being adopted.

 The Software Requirements Specification is produced
at the culmination of the analysis task. The function
and performance allocated to software as part of
System Engineering are refined by :
 Establishing a complete information description of
the System. A detailed functional description.
 A representation of System behavior.
 An indication of performance requirements and
design constraints .
 Appropriate validation criteria,& other information
pertinent to requirements .
Purpose:
 The purpose of the project is to make the Travel
Trade Operator system simple, easy to increase the
productivity of the Ministry Of Tourism.
 To improve processing speed .
 Faster retrieval and storage of information.
 Proper Scheduling of Requisition received from
various Departments.
 Proper flow of information among various
departments of the company.
 Greater accuracy and consistency.
 Safeguarding sensitive and important
information in the form that is accessible only to
authorized person.
 To provide only that amount of data which the
user is authorized to.
 1. Client/Department can login and through there
login id and make a requisition for a
 particular Products.
 2. Admin needs to manage master for further process
of production like manage raw materials,
 manage workers etc.
 3. Admin can assign new requisition to multiple
workstations for its Production.
 4. Production Manager of any Workstation can login
through their respective login id and
 create and schedule the Service Provider for those
requisitions which are allotted to their.
