Guidelines in School MOOE

The school head must be bonded to receive a cash advance. To request a cash advance, the school head as the Special Disbursing Officer must prepare a Request for Cash Advance that references the approved Annual Improvement Plan and specifies the items, amounts, and period of proposed expenditures. No new cash advances will be granted unless previous advances have been liquidated.

the Grant
of Cash Advance
The school head/Special
Disbursing Officer should be
bonded (unexpired).
The school head as the
designated “Special Disbursing
Officer shall prepare a “Request
for Cash Advance”.
 For the purpose of cash advance,
there must be a particular reference
to the part of the school’s approved
Annual Improvement Plan” (must
quote what part of the AIP will the
cash advance contribute).

 Attached the bond certificate with the
request( for initial download in case of
MOOE Downloading).
NOTE:

“No cash advance will be


granted unless the previous
cash advances have been
liquidated”.
