INTRODUCTION
 Navketan Pharma Pvt Ltd was established in the year 1993.
 It started manufacturing tablets, capsules, liquids and ayurvedic products for
other pharmaceutical majors in the country like Wockhardt, Lupin, FDC etc.
 Navketan Pharma is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of its own
brands in the domestic as well as the international markets like Ghana, Sri
Lanka, Tanzania and many others.
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT

1. One of the main objectives of In-plant training is to help the student bridge the gap
between academic theory and practical application and allow you the opportunity
to explore a career in any field.
2. To get an industrial exposure.
3. To learn functions and operations of different departments in an organization.
4. To get over view of all departments of the organization.
5. To learn about climate culture of the organization.
6. To study and analyse Internal and External Environment of the Company

 All the departments work together for company growth and that co-ordinate with
each other.

 While working in the company I have learned many aspects of management and I

 Increasing in the efficiency of material handling and decreasing in the material
handling time between two processes would help in production maximization.
