TO ADDRESS DRUGSTORES THAT’S
BEEN OPERATING OUTSIDE THE
OFFICE HOUR OF A PHARMACIST.
WHAT DOES THE M.C NO.17
REQUIRE EVERY DRUG OUTLET
TO DO ?
EVERY DRUG OUTLET SHOULD ONLY
OPEN IF A BFAD REGISTERED
PHARMACIST IS AROUND TO MANAGE
THE PHARMACY

AND

DRUG OUTLETS SHOULD ONLY BE


OPEN IF THERE IS A PHARMACIST IF
NOT THE DRUG OUTLET AND THE
MANAGING PHARMACIST WITH
APPROPRIATE SANCTION.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THE

AT FIRST AND SECOND OFFICIAL
