La Solidaridad

La Solidaridad was a newspaper established in the late 1800s by members of the Propaganda Movement to advocate for reforms in the Philippines under Spanish rule. Some of the key reforms it advocated for included Philippine representation in the Spanish parliament and freedom of the press. The newspaper was initially published biweekly in the Philippines but later moved to Madrid under the leadership of Marcelo H. Del Pilar as he took a more active role in running it. It continued publication, expressing political views and literary works, until internal disagreements led to its final issue in 1895.
