• Soft HR is responsible for TNI analysis (training need identification).
• Report and presentation.
• KPI AND KRA are being used.
• 6 month training
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

• Employees are evaluated after their training period is over.


• Employees are given incentives on monthly basis or quarterly basis
according to the performance.
• Ratings are given to the middle and higher levels employees and
accordingly bonus and increments are provided.
• Promotions are provided to the employees if they have performed
according to standards consistently .
