INTRODUCTION:
The BLOOD BANK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is
great project. The basic building aim is to
provide blood donation service to all places.
Blood Bank Management System is a browser
based system that is designed to store,
process, retrieve and analyze information
concerned with the administrative and user
management within a blood bank.
This project aims at maintaining all the
information pertaining to blood donors,
different blood groups available in each
blood bank and help them manage in a
better way.
Aim is to provide transparency in this
field, make the process of obtaining blood
from a blood bank hassle free and
corruption free and make the system of
blood bank management effective.
STAKEHOLDERS
• System Owner : The Blood Bank
• System Users:
1. Administration.
2. Users(Donors).
3. Hospital.
4. Blood bank manager.
5. Receptionist.
STAKEHOLDER WISE ROLES
• Administrator can access the
database and check the availability of
the blood .
• He can also check the donor list and
expiry of blood.
• As a user (DONOR) point of view all
the details of available blood in
database can be seen.
• Administrator can also make changes in the
list of available blood and donors in database.
• In point of donor it becomes easy to enter
details of donor as it is an user friendly
software and easily accessable after once
practice.
• Blood bank manager manages the list of
availabilty of blood.
• Hospital can request for blood if any need or
in case of emergency

 Validity of Blood
 Available Blood group
Project Goals and Objectives
• To provide a means for the blood bank to
publicize and advertise blood donation programs.
• To allow the probable recipients to make search
and match the volunteer donors, and make
request for the blood.
• To provide an efficient donor and blood stock
management functions to the blood bank by
recording the donor and blood details.

• ESTIMATED COST- 40,000 RS
• TIME REQUIRED IS 2 MONTHS
