Genistein aglycone from soybean has been shown to effectively prevent osteoporosis based on a review of existing literature. CONCLUSION

Based on a review of existing journals to design


experimental preclinical trials it can be concluded
that the compounds genistein found in soy has a
significant effect, and some of these journals also
mention that genistein is more effective than
medication drugs antiosteoporosis as to prevent
osteoporosis.
