Current Process
Sales get recognized in SFDC following BPSC Stages. Below is the sample image of BPSC Process.
Once Deals enters stage 7 an automated emails/intimation is send to finance & FP&A team on booking
closure and once required file been shared with finance team, finance record the entry in Booking
sheet and circulate at the end of every month to respective regional heads.
New Process
As per the new process once an automated emails/intimation send to finance & FP&A team on Stage 7 movement.
Finance/FP&A would review the documents and would be sole authority to approve the sales request directly on Sales
Force . This process is introduced to reduce reconciliation issues and enabling Salesforce as one source of Sales
