People remember three things –
plan what the three things your audience will remember. Rule of three in memorable speeches Friends, Romans, Countrymen Stop, look, and listen formula for success – Dream, Plan, Action Lead, follow, or get out of my way . In a presentation—Tell them what you are going to tell them, tell them, and then tell them what you told them. Rehearse If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.

Know you audience and their need – be in
contact with their ‘hot spots’
Don’t be afraid to state the obvious; it may
not be obvious to the audience.
