TIMELINES OF SUBMISSION OF
REPORTS
SUBAYBAYAN
WALK-THROUGH PROCESS
1. Access the SubayBAYAN webpage through
https://subaybayan.dilg.gov.ph.
2. Click “Login” on the upper right side of the page.
3. Input “Login Credentials” and click “Sign in”.
4. After logging in, the SubayBAYAN displays the “Dashboard”.

For LGU encoder

This feature is only available for the Regional Level.

For C/MLGOOs, Cluster Leaders and Provincial Validator/s, this feature shows “Validate”.
5. For LGU encoder / C/MLGOO, to update the Project Details, Contract Information,
Physical and Financial Status and Photos of Projects, click on “Projects”.
5. After clicking “Projects”, the “List Projects” will be displayed on the bottom of
the search filter. The list of projects displayed is locked according to your
area/municipality/province.
6. To update the project/s, just select on the displayed “List of Projects” and click on
“View Profile”.

FOR VALIDATORS (C/MLGOOs & PROVINCIAL USER)
1. On the “Control Panel”,
