You don’t have choice on whether you DO social media,
the question is “How well you do it?”
Now a days, people hangout on social media and it’s the best opportunity for
business or brand to identify those platforms where their customers are and
interact with them.

Definitely this is not one way, and this is the biggest advantage for business.

Honestly speaking, no matter if you are in B2B or B2C, you must be on social
media. Yeah! That’s my personal experience.

1. It’s basically a human face to your business. People don’t want to interact
with machines, they look for human touch. It’s as simple as that. So
decide what face you want to show to you customers.
2. It is the best way to maintain strong relationship with your customers
3. Getting your business on social media is cost effective as compared to
other medium
4. Share whatever you want with your customers. You have the best
platform to build your credibility.
5. Word of mouth will work always for any business no matter what and this
is digital word or mouth

spending their free time here.
