How To Make Pizza

 Introduction
Pizza is an oven-baked flat bread generally topped with tomato
sauce and cheese. It is commonly supplemented with a selection of
meats, vegetables and condiments. The modern pizza was invented in
Naples, Italy, and the dish and its variants have since become popular
in many areas of the world. Here are the procedures of making a pizza:
Material:
 1 – ¼ Oz Envelopes of active dry yeast (or 2 ¼ tsp)
 1 ½ cup – warm water (110 0 F – 115 0 F)
 4 cups of bread flour
 1 ½ tsp of salt
 2 tsp of sugar
 Extra flour
 Extra olive oil
 Steps:

 Put the yeast in a bowl, add the sugar and warm water to it.

 Mix thoroughly.

 Wait 5-10 minutes, after which the dough will release very few small bubbles.

 Take the bread flour, add salt, pour the milk into the batter. Now add the yeast
mixture into the dough.
 knead it vigorously for about 10 minutes. Then a little oil and place the bowl
of dough in it.
 Poke the dough with your fingers about three times as can be seen in the
image below:
 Cover the bowl with a paper wrap with air so tight and then let it rise for
about 2 hours.
 After about 2 hours, check your dough and move it a little to see that the
texture looks like this:
 After this you just scoop out the dough and continue kneading until you feel
quite soft and not attached to the object that you are kneading on. It will
eventually look like this
 you've finished, your pizza dough to a 14-inch pizza

 Pizza is ready to be served.

 Conclusion:
 Pizza can be as simple or as difficult as you’d
like it to be, but here is one good, universal rule
that anyone who makes pizza should follow;
don’t overtop your pie. When it comes to
toppings, simplicity is best. Don't like sloppy
pizza? "Don't overdress it.” Choose a few quality
ingredients like mozzarella, in-season tomatoes,
or fresh basil, and practice restraint when
decorating your crust (that goes for the sauce,
too). Besides, you spent so much time on the
dough! Don't let it get lost under a mound of
mozz.
