Responsible to keep cleanliness, tidiness of the room, corridor, pantry.

Responsible to keep the cleanliness all area hotel except the room, as :

 SOP ACCORDING TO RECENTLY
 Greeting : first push bell 3x and say “housekeeping” then open the door with
key, if there is a guest ask “ may i cleaning the room”.

 Stripping : Collecting trash from toilet, bedroom, living room, kitchen and open
the curtain if closed. So, preparing bed sheet, room amenities, towel, pillow case.

Cleaning bathroom : Begin cleaning the washtafel while wash glass,water katle
and tumbler then cleaning toilet bowl , buthub by using wire brush and liquid soap
then mopping bathroom and refill towel and amenities.

 Making Bed : Dusting : Wipe clock wise the room and refill amenities
1. First prepare linen for making bed.
2. Pull the bed. Vaccum : Vaccum bed room and bath room.
3. Spread the sheet to bed.
4. Put inner to the duvet. Rechecking : make sure all amenities are filling and arranged
5. Push the bed. in orderly. And put AC themperature at 24 celcius and fan at
6. Change pillow case number 3.

4. The last ask apologize again and ensure it wont happen anymore.
