This feature is designed for subscribers of companies (organizations) or subscribers of specific groups
that show the same characteristics. It identifies call data of VIPs based on the international mobile
subscriber identity (IMSI) reported by UEs during voice services, and analyzes the data. This feature is
used to proactively ensure the network performance in hotspot areas or problems-frequently-occurred
areas where VIPs are located, and analyzes VIP calls deeply. This helps engineers quickly identify and
locate possible network problems experienced by VIPs, ensures good service experience of VIPs,
improves their satisfaction, and avoids important subscriber loss.
Application scenarios
Application scenario 1: VIP or VIP group routine performance monitoring
Periodically monitoring the service usage of VIPs or VIP groups and identifying active cells during routine
network operation & maintenance (O&M) to detect network problems in a timely manner, improve the
VIPs' or VIP groups' experience, and retain key subscriber groups.
Application scenario 2: Guaranteeing network performance during major events
Monitoring network performance for key subscribers during major events, such as leader inspection or
sports meeting to ensure activity smooth development.
