• Panel trucks and Vans are
comparatively priced higher
whereas Sports cars and SUV are
more affordable and this is the
reason why they are sold more.
• SUV’s are most preferred among
Females whereas Males prefer
Minivan’s the most. This gives an
understanding that women prefer
compact cars more and do not
spend much on cars. Panel trucks

Observations:
• As expected SUV’s and Minivans are
the cars for which most number of
claims are submitted. This can also be
as these are the most preferred cars.
• In terms of car age (0-10) years cars
have submitted the most number of
claims where SUV and Minivan
amounting to close to $3M.
TOP AND WORST CUSTOMERS

Insights:
• Overall goal of the analysis is to figure out the best and worst customers in
terms of claim frequency, historical claims and current claims.
• This insight can help the company to target top customers with reduced
premiums so that they can switch to new provider. These customers should be
the target for maximum profit for the company.
• The worst customers are to be avoided for any promotions or offers.
