This document describes a third eye device using ultrasonic sensors to help blind people navigate. The device detects nearby obstacles using ultrasonic waves and notifies the user via buzzer or vibration. It aims to provide a cheap, efficient alternative to white canes. The device is designed to be worn as a band and requires little training. It allows blind users to avoid obstacles hands-free both indoors and outdoors. Hardware includes ultrasonic sensors, a microcontroller, motor, and battery. Software is developed in Microsoft Visual Studio. Intended users are blind people and device developers.

INTRODUCTION
Third eye for blinds is an innovation which helps
the blinds people to navigate with speed and confidence
by detecting the nearby obstacles using the help of
ultrasonic waves and notify them with buzzer sound or
vibration. They only need to wear this device as a band
or cloth
PURPOSE
 According to WHO 39 million peoples are estimated as blinds
worldwide.
 They are suffering a lot of harder ship in there daily life.
 So the aim of the project is to develop a cheap and more efficient
way to help visually impaired to navigate with greater comfort,
speed and confidence.
 CURRENT SYSTEM
The features of Third eye for blind people: By wearing
this device they can fully avoid the use of white cane and
such other devices. This device will help the blind to navigate
without holding a stick which is a bit annoying for them.
They can simply wear it as a band or cloth and it can function
very accurately and they only need a very little training to use
it.
ADVANTAGE
1. Low design time.
2. Low production cost.
3. This system is applicable for both the indoor and outdoor
environment.
4. Setting the destination is very easy.
5. It is dynamic system.
6. Less space.
7. Low power consumption.
LIMITATION
 This project only used for blind people ,
who get affected in their daily life
problems. Limitation of this project is that
it only notifies with the buzzer sound or
Vibration by devices. It is because blind
people only can understand by vibes
around them.

CONCLUSION:
The main purpose of this study is to produce a prototype
that can detect objects or obstacles in front of users and feeds
warning back, in the forms of voice messages and vibration,
to users. Combination of ultrasonic sensors and a
microcontroller function for detection and distance stick and
obstacles in front of. This project is to people with disabilities
that are blind to facilitate the movement and increase safety.
