What is it?

Why was it created?
Provide easier reference for Parts Manuals, OMM and
Service Manuals
…for machines made inside Japan and technical
documentation delivered in Japanese
…but being sold and used in non-Japanese speaking
countries
How does it work?
• Enter Product Identification (serial number prefix AKH)
• Choose Documentation (Document Structure)
– May have to select Commonality Chart link from product configuration
• Choose Parts Identification (if parts identification is not
an option uncheck “auto filter”
• Select Machine Arrangement
– May have to select Commonality Chart link from product configuration
– Choose Chart Commonality link
OR
– Choose Parts Identification link
– Choose Commonality Chart link
May have to choose Index, then select Chart-Commonality
How does it work? – cont.
• Click on Graphic Only link
– Document is divided into 33 graphic pages
• Scroll within EACH of those graphic pages
• Click on View Image to enlarge that page
Conclusion
• Scanned document – Find feature (Ctrl F) does not
work
• Media number listed in the English column under Parts
Manual, indicates a document could be available in
English on SIS.

Menu of SIS Web, see Japanese Market Designed
