SWOT Analysis
Strengths
JIO gets strength through providing various advanced services.
No charges for voice calls and unlimited calling is highly
beneficial to the customers.
They introduced 4G with high speed which highly attracted
customers who are in need of faster bandwidth.
Weakness:
JIO’s users faced connectivity problem like call drops while in the
time of calling, so it created negative impression towards user.
This system will not support 3G, because JIO preferred only for
LTE (4G) and voLTE.
They delayed to enter in the market because of the existence of
various kinds of networks in the market and they have lot of
customers.
Everything was new to the users regarding JIO apps, so it was
difficult to use.
