What is community Participation

 Community Members, leaders, and or groups


involved take part in one or more phases of an
activity or project, participation may involve
contribution of ideas, priorities,resources,time or
decision making, implementation and evaluation.
What is community Mobilization

 Community mobilization refers to the process of


motivating/activating a group of people with
common culture and interest to improve their socio
economic status through participatory development
methods.

ownership the ability to express themselves, to learn
from them and to ultimately to empower them
through the transfer of skills, abilities and
knowledge.
