INTRODUCTION
 CHANDIGARH CITY CENTER(CCC) is a project that
blends residential, commercial, cultural or entertainment
uses, where those functions are physically and
functionally integrated, and that provides pedestrian
connections.
 The CCC is a place with the unique concept of
commercial retail & residential clubbed together.
 The biggest “Commercial Plaza of Zirakpur”
 CCC is designed on a site area of 10 Acres on V.I.P road
Zirakpur.
 CCC offers well-constructed, fully fusrnished &
luxurious:Showrooms,Soho’s,Shops,Office
spaces,Foodcourts and Service appartments with
efficient and comfortable modern amenities.
 The project has 65 %of land as open area surrounded
with landscaped parks/green areas & kids play area.
 The parking facilities is provided in basement only.

CLIMATIC CONDITIONS
 Climate compromises of three seasons. They are
the Summer months spans from mid April to end
of June. The Rainy season in Punjab is from the
month of early July to end of September. The
Winter season in Punjab is experienced during the
month of early December to end of February.
 The climate is Pleasant.

RAINFALL
 Normally the most part of rain comes in July-Sep
in rainy season i.e. nearly 70% of it.
 Annual rainfall is 980mm.

LOCAL CONNECTIVITY
 Chandigarh City Center(CCC) located near the
Chandigarh-Ambala Exp. NH-22,Zirakpur.
 The site is connected through a wide and clean
V.I.P road.
 Located near the Metro wholesale market.
LOCATION OF PROJECT
 VIP Road, Near Metro Cash ‘n’ Carry, Zirakpur .
 just next to Delhi-Chandigarh NH -22
 It is located about 15 minutes drive from
Chandigarh International Airport.
 2Km far away from zirakpur Bus Stop.

DESIGN CONCEPT
 The design concept of the project is basically based
on Mix Use Building project.
 The project is designed with the concept of having a
life style of 4– in– 1 concept that houses RETAIL,
OFFICE and PROFESSIONAL AND RESIDENTIAL
SUITES under single roof.
 Beautifully designed streets rejuvenate the needs of
fun, food.
 The CCC is designed in the way that will not only
helps in the business under one roof but also
promises to keep you healthy through its lush green
environment throughout the acres.
 A project is designed in a way that the project has
centralized premier commercial, residential and retail
hub.
DESIGN CONCEPT
 A dedicated kid’s play area will have sprinkler
fountains where kids can splash and play in water,
space for toy trains or go karting and other simple
open entertaining attractions to keep the little ones
engaged. A place resonating with giggles
and innocent laughter.

 This quick stopover provides the much needed


break from the rest of the hustle bustle of CCC
and lets you enjoy your favorite snack or drink with
your favorite people.

suite or office productivity software.

 The project is surrounded by 22ft service road.
 This road will be used for bringing the goods to the
showrooms and other material used for the daily needs
in the site.
 This will be used to transport the material without
disturbing the public.

Drainpipes are also present under the service road futher


connected to the sewage plant.

SERVICE’S
 WATER SUPPLY- Water tank is present under the
ground level of each block and under the landscape
area. The water is supplied by the water pipes and
high pressure motor to the higher floor.

FIRE SECURITY- Fire protection is the study and practice of


mitigating the unwanted effects of potentially destructive fires.
Once construction is complete, a building must be maintained
in accordance with the current fire code, which is enforced by
the fire prevention officers of a local fire department.
SERVICE’S
 FIRE ALARM- A fire alarm system is number of
devices working together to detect and warn people
through visual and audio appliances
when smoke, fire, carbon monoxide or
other emergencies are present.
 These alarms may be activated automatically
from smoke detectors, and heat detectors or may also
be activated via manual fire alarm activation devices
such as manual call points or pull stations.
 Alarms can be either motorized bells or wall mountable
sounders or horns.
 They can also be speaker strobes which sound an
alarm, followed by a voice evacuation message which
warns people inside the building not to use the elevators.

FIRE SPRINKLERS- A fire sprinkler or sprinkler head is the


component of a fire sprinkler system that discharges water
when the effects of a fire have been detected, such as
when a predetermined temperature has been exceeded.

utilized by businesses to
organize promotional events,
fashion shows, product
launches etc.
 INTELLIGENT GREEN
FEATURES: With a
breathtaking manicured
landscape, over 1 Lac sq.ft. of
wide open space, beautiful
sky decks, multiple green
lungs, calming water features,
and pockets of lush greenery.
ROOFTOP JOGGING TRACK:

Jogging track is present on the


terrace of the blocks A,B,C.

the CCC and having CCC in

The CCC logo is built of 15ft

Earthquake Resistant RCC Framed Structure:

RCC blocks are used to construct the outer walls of


the building to provide the strenght to the building.
