This Assignment Report has been published in the field
of presentation. We have tried to disseminate the
knowledge we gained from field work observation. It is

organization and the workers of that organizations.

The firm was established in 2065
Dhangadhi-2, Chauraha at the time of
establishment the proprietor (Mr. Damar
Chand) has invested Rs.3,00,000. From that he
bought two refrigerator, two machines for
making cream from the nearest city Paliya.

Rest of his money as rent. According
to him or by analyzing that his firm
is under the act “small and cottage
industry”.
He demanded raw
materials from
different places. He
demanded more milk
suppliers of buffaloes
and cow. The sweets
