Motivation
It’s a project that we have seen many times
but there are some features that are not
available in any of them so we want to
create this classical project in our new style
including some innovative features.

Security Features
IP Identification :
In our site we will track IP address of each
user who logs in . Database containing these IP addresses
will be useful for us whenever we find any case of forgery
or any suspecious behaviour of the user.

Encryption Algorithm :
We’ll use Encryption algorithm for
every data transfer that will take place between our system
and the user , this will ensure privacy of the user
information.
Description
Airline Management System
This is basic module of our project. This will be having
all features of airline management.
We have two kind of users who can log in, one is
Administrator and second one is normal user.
Administrator can add - remove flights, reschedule flights and
view details of the other users.
On other hand , an ordinary user can check availability of
the tickets, book tickets, check status of his ticket as well as
cancel his ticket. He can pay through ATM card, Credit card
or through E-Banking.
Hotel Booking
With this module, a passenger can check list of
hotels in his destination city and book rooms in
hotels according to his need.
By providing this feature we’ll make him able
to manage his trip in advance before starting his
journey. The only thing he will have to do is
logging in our website.
Prepaid Shopping
This is a feature that makes us different from
other airtour organizers. Under this facility the
passenger can check for the products that different
cities are famous for(their specialities) and can
shop them from our website, when he reaches his
destination we’ll deliver those things to him.
Know Your Destination
Under this category we’ll provide details of
different cities where our flights land. This
facility will help passenger a lot because he need
not go anywhere to search details of his
destination . We’ll provide following details -
Road Map of the city
List of Tourist Spots
Famous outlets of the city
Railway and Roadways Facilities in the city
List of hotels, inns and restaurants
Email and Message Notifications
Our system will send passengers email and message
notifications about their booking status, changes in
schedule of flights, payment details and details of
their purchased items .
What makes it different
These are the features that make our project different from
other existing airtour organizers….
Feature of IP Identification
City based prepaid shopping is a feature that we haven’t
seen even in any E-Shopping site. By this feature outsiders
will come to know about specialities of a city and will also
be able to purchase them without going to that shop.
If any existing airtour site incorporates this feature
we can guarantee that this will show measurable increase in
their business.They can make money in two ways
I. Passengers will prefer that airline
II. They can make money in form of delivery
commission from both sides (Passenger and the
seller)
This is the business aspect of this project
Hotel Booking along with ticket booking is a nice
combination.
Info provided about the destination and notifications are
also important features that will make a difference

Our project is a new form of Airtour
Organization due to its unique combination of
different modules in a single unit thus it will be
of great interest for some corporate groups and
can be implemented in real world with slight
modifications.
Conclusion
Right now we are designing Web Pages
and our study work is also in progress , if
we find some new features we’ll try to
include them too in our project. So we can
promise that we’ll come up with
something noticeable at the time of
delivery.
