Always, I wake up at 5:00 a.m. and with frequency
make the following activities:

Make my bed
Wash my mouth and my face
Drink a glass with water

meditate for one hour thirty.
Usually, I sunbathe at 7:00 a.m.
and I breakfast with my family at
7:30 a.m.
I always reads approximately for
two hours.
Around 10:30 a.m. I make exercise
and around 11:30 a.m. bath me.
Usually, lunch with my family to
the noon.
I always go to work in bus at 12:30
p.m.

I usually wake up at 6:50 in the
morning and get up at 7:00
sharp.
I usually set up at 7:20 a.m. my
room, then I always brush my
teeth and shower. I always have
breakfast at 8:30 am with my
husband and my dog Theylor,
then I organize the house and
prepare lunch at 10:30 in the
morning.
I almost never have a late lunch,
and at 12:30 I leave for work.

work, after of bath me,
sometimes I watch vide
in YouTube. Usually, I eat
with my family at eight o
´clock and around of the
10:00 p.m. i go bed.
