INTRODUCTION

o As eminent by its name that it should be an ordinary personal


dairy but in reality it is not. This program is very useful for many
professional persons for instance;
 It is quite useful for doctors. Doctors can use it for taking
appointments and also they can keep the record of his patients as
long as he can.
 The travelers also use it for their purposes, what is their next plan?
Where they have to go further? And also they can save their
memories of the journey etc., for instances .
OBJECIVE
 It is based on concept to generate Personal Dairy Records and to
add records update it.
 Here user can add their daily details safely and its not time
consuming.
 Each section contains high security so there is no chance of data
loss.
 There’s maximum privacy to the recorded files.
EXISTING SYSTEM
When we analysis the manage about this firm then we face certain issues on working with
manual. And we all know that the manual system has many disadvantages. some of them
are mentioned below....
 The manual system requires more time for processing.
 It requires more critical work.
 The manual system is more error prone.
 Difficult to maintain.
 Manual system is costly.
 Immediate response to the queries is difficult and time consuming.
 More man power needed.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
New system is required because of some advantages of new system are as below...
 The new system required less time for completion of any work.
 New system is decreasing the chances of error.
 New system should work smoothly and very fast.
 New system saves time and man power.
 This system is user friendly and the one who is having computer knowledge can handle
it easily.
 Suitability for computerized data entry. Maintaining Dairy information,staff
information & customer information, Milk Rate Information.
