Erogue Gallery System

The e-Rogue Gallery System is an electronic database of criminal pictures and facial composites that can be easily searched and viewed by law enforcement. It is a web-based online database that contains mugshots and other arrest data. The objectives of the system are to provide a modern investigative tool using a computer-based recording system, set a standard format for recording personal data and mugshots, unite law enforcement efforts, modernize existing records systems, and allow downloading of facial composite illustrations. The system database is hosted on a server and can be accessed by law enforcement through various web browsers from their stations.

 An electronic database of pictures, photographs and
facial composites of criminals and suspects that can be
easily searched, viewed and retrieved for ready
identification by the Complainant.

 The e-Rogue is a web base online database for


the Mugshots and other related data regarding
arrested persons and wanted persons with
pictures.

Objectives:
• Provide a modern investigative tool and techniques through
the use of a computer/web based recording system;
• Set the standard format of recording personal data and mug
shots;
• To unite and support the efforts of all law enforcement units,
agencies and the community;
• Modernize the concept of Blotter, warrant and rogues gallery
system; and
• Download and integrate the Facial Composite or Computerized
Facial Composite Illustration System from the Crime Lab.
