INTRODUCTION

It is a process of sharing information through symbols including


words and message.
It can also be define as exchange of ideas,fact,opinions between
two or more persons.
Communication may happen between superior and subordinate,
between peers, between a manager and a client or customer.
It may be done face to face or through printed materials or
through electronics devices like telephone as well as through
internet.

information about policies and procedures, to give feedback
about performance, to motivate
2. Upward Communication :- Messages flow from lower level
positions to persons in higher level
3. Horizontal Communication :- Messages sent to individuals or
groups from another of the same organizational level or
position
