THE DOOR FRAME IS MADE UP OF ANGLE OR T SECTIONS.
SHUTTER IS MADE UP OF FRAME OF ANGLE OF IRON,HAVING 2

COLLAPSIBLE STEEL DOORS
 The collapsible door are made of single or double shutters; it depends on the size of the opening.

 It does not require hinges for opening and shutters for closing. It occupies less space.

 Further, even the door is closed, seeing through is possible.

 The collapsible door is fabricated from vertical pieces of rolled steel channels, 16 to 20 mm wide, joined
together with the hollows of the channels on the inside; leaving a vertical gap between them of 12 to 20
mm.

 The roller is provided with both at their top and bottom side.

 The vertical channel is spaced at 10 to 12 cm center to center, and is joined to one another by means of
hoop iron cross pieces or flats 16 mm to 20 mm wide and 5mm thick which allow the door to open or fold.

 The collapsible door is recommended for a maximum height 3 m. There is no restriction in width.
USES
 Collapsible gates are used widely in residential as well as
commercial applications.

 They give a high level of security but also provide optimum


ventilation and vision.

 They are widely used for commercial and residential


security. They are a good choice for office security
because they let in a lot of light.

 Because they slide and fold away when not in use, they
are also a popular choice for the protection of domestic
windows and patio doors.

 Collapsible gates are also often specified for use in


underground stations and car parks (airflow) and in a wide
range of commercial situations such as shop-fronts
(visibility).

ITS MAIN PURPOSE IS TO LET LIGHT FILTER IN AND THIS MAKES IT SUITABLE FOR MANY
COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS.
A FIXED STEEL WINDOW FRAMES CAN EITHER BE COMPOSED OF A SMALLER PANE OR
LARGE GLASS PANE,DIVIDED BY VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL BARS THAT HAVE STRONG
INTERSECTING JOINTS.
THESE WINDOWS ARE MANUFACTURED USING GI SHEET(ZINC COATED SHEET).
AFTER MANUFACTURING THESE WINDOWS ARE PU POWDER COATED TO GIVE A LONG
LIFE.
THESE WINDOWS CAN BE SINGLE GLAZED OR DOUBLE GLAZED.
