Sales Manager: Good morning, we are gathered here to plan the budget report for this 2 semester
of the year 2019 in the company.
Share Holder: I look forward to this meeting as we will know how the budget is for this semester
Sales Manager: This meeting is very important to know how we are doing in economic and financial matters
Sales Holder: In this meeting we will discuss various topics such as sales budget, pricing strategy, financial statements
and financial indicators of the company
Share Manager : Regarding the financial indicators, I see that we have grown, because our customers have bought more ta
we expected and if it continues like this the company will grow without any doubt
Sales Holder: I agree, I think we should give more discounts to those niche customers to further raise the sales level
and thus project for 2020 with a growth of 4%

Share Manager : I like that news and see how our business grows and positions itself in the market more and more,
achieving great competitiveness.
Sales Holder : That's right, our latest balance sheet reflects this and we can celebrate our achievements that we are
reaping day by day.
Share Manager : I was surprised, since last semester we had seen positive growth in the sales forecast, but this second
semester we grew twice as much as happiness.
Sales Holder : This is the financial indicator last semester showed us a substantial improvement, but how good they were
exceeded with satisfaction
Share Manager : Just like the cash flow statement, which looks more positive than we had budgeted.
