Project Management: Prof. Dr. Zamin Ali Khan

Project management involves planning, organizing, controlling, and measuring activities to achieve specific goals within constraints of time and resources. It entails defining objectives, sequencing tasks, assigning resources, tracking progress, and measuring outcomes. Proper project management enables efficient use of limited resources, early issue identification, on-time completion, and quality outcomes. The consequences of not using project management include delays, cost overruns, wasted resources, poor quality, and dissatisfaction.
