Lectures

1.Virtual Classroom Facility

• The institute conducts live lecture sessions for select subjects of the first year
from its campus studio

• These lectures are conducted twice a week between 7pm to 9.30pm

• A total of 80 hours of live lectures are conducted in the first year.

• Students availing VCF, can attend these lectures using a computer, from their

residence.
Virtual Classroom facility offers the following benefits:

 Live lectures using video and audio

 Interact with the professor using your microphone

 Document sharing (content will be delivered to you live)

 Participate in live Q & A sessions to resolve your academic queries

 Participate in live quiz tests during the lecture to gauge your

knowledge and understanding


2. Personal Contact Programs (PCP)

• The institute will conduct personal contact programs (PCP) for students four
times a year prior to the mid-term as well as final semester examinations for
the first year.
• The contact programs are conducted in Mumbai only.
• Personal contact programs will last for about 6 days each semester.
• During this period, a minimum of 7 hours per subject will be covered in a
classroom environment.

• The fees for PCPs have to be paid at the time of admission (3600rs for all
subjects). In case the student desires to join later, the fee will be 400rs per
subject.

• The institute has a competent team of faculties with vast industry and academic
experience who are the main source of course curriculum and design.

Lateral Entry

• Eligibility : The student should have done one year diploma from

Welingkars since 2006

• He gets a waiver of 6-8 subjects and the candidate’s course starts

from the second semester directly

• Lateral entry students don’t get PCP nor VCF lectures.

Dual Specialization
• If a post graduate wants to apply for a dual specialization, The student gets a
direct admission in the 2nd year by paying 33,500

• If the candidate is already a student of Welingkar, The student has to pay


dual specialization fees before end of fourth semester, he has to pay 5000
rupees less than the first year fees applicable to the batch in which the
student joins.

marksheet of Welingkar
Cancellation Charges

Within 1-15 days of admission 10% of the 2 years fees
