Vision
To position Pakistan as an ‘Innovation District’ that becomes an identity
for ideas that positively impact our society and economy.
Mission
Our mission is to include the practice of ‘thinking’ in education, of
‘innovating’ through ideas and knowing how to ‘change’ with the
evolving trend. We believe in ‘Change Makers’ emerging as a result of
sustainability driven by innovation and entrepreneurship.

Process
Innovation District 92
Things to Consider
1. Startup will spend 6 – 8 months at the incubator and 4 – 6 months on his own subject to continuous update on the progress and full attendance at
workshops, trainings and meetings. Moreover, there is no compulsion for startups to be at the incubator at all times, however, it will be preferred for
them to spend at least 20 hours every week.

2. ID92 team will be involved throughout the milestones making sure that the startup doesn’t face any hiccup in their entrepreneurial journey.

3. Speed Networking event will be held in the orientation week for startups to find team members.

4. Fortnightly meetings will be held with Incubator management and faculty on the progress of startup.

5. After 2 months a board review will be held to decide whether the progress is good enough for the startup to continue incubation. In case of poor
performance, startup shall be asked to leave incubation and either work on it independently or choose another path.

6. Trainings / workshops will be held on the first 2 days of the milestone.

7. Mentoring and networking will continue throughout the week.

8. Evaluation and grading after each month - Faculty, ID92 team, mentors and external evaluators.

9. At the end of the incubation, the startup will give a comprehensive report and presentation on the progress and future plans.

10. All those startups will be graduated who have satisfactorily completed all the milestones, have a considerable progress and has fully launched the
product/service.
