Computers
FOLLOW THE LEADER
Too much time using computer can badly affect
us in many ways.

1. Sitting too long in an awkward or


improper posture can result in bad
posture. This can badly affect our SPINE,
MUSCLES, AND JOINTS.
Too much time using computer can badly affect
us in many ways.

2. Using the KEYBOARD and MOUSE


improperly can result in hand injuries.
Too much time using computer can badly affect
us in many ways.

3. Staring too long at the SCREEN can


strain our eyes. We will get headache,
blurry vision, and redness of the eyes.

4. Eating JUNK FOOD while using the


computer along with lack of physical
activity can lead to obesity.

us in many ways.

5. Too much PLAYING OF COMPUTER


GAMES and other entertainment
applications can leave less time with
family and friends.

6. Using COMPUTERS BEFORE BEDTIME


can cause trouble in getting a good sleep.

1. Set time limit and have breaks in between.
2. Spend more time with our family and
friends to do enjoyable activities together.
3. Go out and be active.
4. Eat healthy food during mealtimes as a

eye level and arm’s length away. The view
of the screen should prevent use from
bending our necks.
