STEP 1
Make sure you have a Gmail
account otherwise create a
Gmail account

STEP 2
Tap your profile. It's at the top-
right corner of the screen. This
opens the menu.

Tap Your channel. 

It's near the top of the


menu.

Tap the video icon. It's on the
right side of the bar that runs
along the top of the screen.

If it's your first time uploading


a video from your phone or
tablet, you may have to give
the app permission to your
photos, camera, and/or
microphone before you can
continue.

Select a video. A list of all videos
in your phone or tablet's camera
roll will appear.

Tap the one you want to upload.


Make sure the video is saved as
your school name.

Add enhancements to the video (optional).
 If you'd like to make some last-minute edits, you
have a few options:

If you want to shorten the video, drag the sliders


on either edge of the video timeline at the
bottom of the screen to the desired start and
endpoints.

Enter a title. 
The title must be your school name.

STEP 8
Enter a description. (optional)
Info in the description will appear below
your video while viewing. You can use
this space to add some unique
information about the video, the
creator, or the project details.

Select a visibility level from the
"Privacy" menu. There are three
options in the privacy menu you can
select from.

Please select ‘Unlisted’ option: 


This makes your video unsearchable by
others. So that no one can copy your
concept.

Tap UPLOAD. 

It's in the upper-right corner. This


uploads the video to YouTube. Once the
upload is complete, it will appear in your
Videos list.

Copy Link. 

In your Videos List, click the option


button in the upper-right corner.

Click share and “copy link”

Copy Link. 

Tap copy link. The link will be copied.

Paste Link in Email. 

Once done copying the link, participant


can paste the video link in the email,
attached the Poster template together
and send to [email protected].

Kindly make sure the school name is


mention.
