In the conduct of medical examination of arrested

In the Philippines, Medical Doctors just merely


conduct oral interview and ocular inspection on the
physical condition of the suspect

In the US, they subject the suspect not only in


physical examination but to include blood/ urine
examination and x-ray in order to determine whether the
suspect is infected with contagious disease
