A. Respondents Profile
The total of 70 HUMSS students of Mahaplag Natio
nal High School-San Isidro, with 48 Females and 22 M
ales as respondents of the study.
The profile presented: sex, age and immersion site
B. Impact of Work Immersion to HUMSS Student

The summary of data is presented both advantage an


d disadvantage of Work Immersion to HUMSS studen
ts by agencies, it's immersion students and results.
Findings
• Based on the result, 76.75% is the percentage of th
e advantages as answered by the respondents, othe
rwise, a 1.75% additional percent of the passing gra
de of 75%.
• 17.79% confirm that: (a) not conducive in enhancin
g their self-confidence as first time trainee (b) They
are not interested to the program instead of attendi
ng class with the 80 hours duration (c) It did not im
proved their communication skills.
Conclusion
Advantage
• The result passed with 76.75% rating.
• This Immersion is an avenue of inspiration and goals of what has meant to be i
n the future.
• Majority got the positive outcome of the 80 hours training of HUMSS students
the future servers of learners and humanity.

• Disadvantage
• More improvement in ties with the partner institution in giving proper assistan
ce and learnings to the trainee.
• More time to rendered in the Work Immersion:a factor in enhancing self-confi
dence and communication skills.
• Correct and Proper Orientation of the agency to work/train considering the wo
rkplace environment and functions.
Recommendation
• Long preparation/ Before engaging, preparedness s
hall be considered for a quality immersion.
• This study should be an instrument to used in impr
oving the program, and make strategic planning for
intervention.
• This research shall be an avenue to have a study ag
ain, when the Second batch HUMSS student trainee
are having their Immersion, an analysis of growth a
nd development.
