Read the first paragraph attentively to get an idea of
what will be discussed in the text.
skimming process:
You do not need to read all the sentences to learn this. You only have to
read the words “problem”, “noisy”, “dirty” and “dangerous”. From those
words you can tell writer’s point of view. This writer is against dogs at
home.
