o Under the holistic approach man and nature
are deeply interconnected interdependent.
Hence there is no right to exploit nature for
purely selfish motives.
o Value based holistic management alone can
prevent this exploitation of Mother earth.
• Man machine equation
o Man was considered as cog, as a commodity
to be bought and sold to be used and
discarded.
o Value oriented management will recognize
the divine model of man and will alter the
old man machine equation drastically.
o Man will be considered as master and not
slave or servant of machine or technology.
