An organization can also be self-sufficient when employees focus on their roles without worrying about rank, new ideas can flow freely, and decision making is streamlined. Self-sufficiency in both individuals and organizations leads to increased loyalty, productivity, and sense of worth.

“ Self-sufficiency in an organization is attained when:


 Individual employees, stopped worrying about their rank,
promotion, power and will focus while effectively doing
their roles in the organization.
 An organization successfully come up with a lot of ideas
to expand their organization's success because the
upward communication is open and ideas flow more
freely and are likely accepted by the executives.
 When the leadership of the management better utilize
their people, taking bureaucracy out of decision making,
taking annoyances out of work and making the work
environment fun yet effective.
 When the employees' loyalty is attached in the
organization because of its transparency.

prepare for the future. Financial uncertainty is frightening, but independence is
empowering.

technology, and, with that resource, you can accomplish anything you want and
you possess the means for infinite progression.
Self-respect: An increase in self-confidence means that you trust yourself to be
competent in the situations you confront, and a boost in self-esteem gives a
positive outlook on yourself.
 Being too independent might be bad. It can lead to one's thinking that you can do
everything without others help and you might be to overwhelmed of yourself.
