Overview:
– This unit will focus on the personal
articulation of understanding of concepts
and practices on public fiscal
administration and proposed policy
reform. This unit will be more of a
paperwork cum research work.
Objectives:
– At the end of this unit students will be
able to draft a proposed memorandum to
the President.
– The same shall be presented to the class
for constructive critiquing of the whole
class.

Presentation of Policy Reform
