Speed

Speed Test - Arm (home edition)
• Place two marks (post it notes or memorize the spot) 50cm apart on a
wall at your shoulder height.
• You have 1 minute to touch each mark as many times as possible.
• Record your personal best
Speed Test – Leg (home edition)
• Place two marks 50cm apart on the floor, stand so that the foot you
are going to test is on one of the marks and the other mark is to the
side of that foot.
• Top Tip – If you are using the right foot that means the second mark is
50cm to the right of you.
• You have 1 minute to touch each mark as many times as possible.
• Record your personal best.
