 Entrepreneur
The word Entrepreneur is a person with very high
aptitude who pioneers change and possesses
characteristics found in only a very small fraction of the
population. An entrepreneur play a key role in economy.
The word Entrepreneur came from the french word “
Entreprendre”which means to undertake.Entrepreneur is
the one to organize,manage and assumes the risk of a
business or enterprise.

Entrepreneurial Success
1. Process – This refers to techniques , methods ,
means or how things are done.
2. Business Model – There are a number of business
models that can help bring about entrepreneurial
success. Ex. Direct Sales, Advertising, Low Cost,
Franchise
3. Industry – A growing industry that utilize high
technology impact, uses low intensity capital and an
average sized firm.
4. Management Team- This factor suggest a large and
diverse venture team, employed full time before the
new venture, full time in involvement and highly
motivated by reasonable profits.
5. Business Plan- A well written business plan which is
focused on a single product or service that can complete
on dimension other than price, on time , intense
marketing and sufficient start up capital.
6. Company Status- It refers to the sum total of an
entity legal capacity duties , liabilities, rights and
standing.
