Beach Resort
The modern concept of a Resort is that planned as an Integrated Development with consideration given to its
compatibility with the natural environment and possible benefits to local communities. The Coast has always been a
Recreational Environment and with the development of seaside leisure resorts was the first manifestation of what is
now the Global tourist industry.

Aims & Objectives:


-To design a facility that would focus on using nature’s resources to provide its users social
entertainment and recreational environment.

-To provide hospitality for both domestic and foreign tourists and promote tourism ultimately
encouraging local economy

-To make an analytical study of the functional requirements of resort, its spatial organization to
implement efficient design.

-To study and adhere to the Coastal Regulations of the region to protect the environment and its
users.

SCALE: 100-120 Rooms

The Project is a hypothetical one ,the exact site would be finalised after I make some progress in
the project.
